We want you to love your Hairbrella, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Our goal is to ensure your hair stays protected and your style remains effortless.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process for a return or size exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to select the items you are returning and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your items in the original packaging, attach the shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
